Fender Pink Paisley and Black Paisley Acoustasonic Telecaster
Limited Edition psychedelic Fender Acoustasonic models hitting dealers
These Fender Pink Paisley and Black Paisley Acoustasonic Telecasters come with a retro-flavoured psychedelic ’60s finish, along with an ebony fretboard. This limited run of the popular modern acoustic design, that looks nothing like a traditional acoustic, now comes with an eye-popping paint job! That’ll do nicely.
Fender Pink Paisley and Black Paisley Acoustasonic Telecasters
The Fender Pink Paisley and Black Paisley Acoustasonic Telecaster models are popping up on Fender dealer sites across the USA and Europe, so we can safely assume that they are a limited run for that market. I actually quite like the traditional ’60s psychedelic Pink Paisley finish. Hopefully, we will see a Blue Flower version at some point too, as that was another of the original ’60s finishes.
Currently, it looks as though the Pink Paisley version is available in the USA only, and the Black Paisley is exclusive to Europe.
Fender Acoustasonic
Fender’s Acoustasonic Telecaster model was originally launched back in 2019, and this latest finish option is really pretty striking. I can easily see it working on the other variations as well. Possibly we may see a Pink Paisley Acoustaconic Stratocaster and Jazzmaster in the future? And as mentioned earlier, I would love to see a Blue Flower version which, I suspect, would sell with no problem.
Limited Edition
Both these limited-run Pink Paisley and Black Paisley Acoustasonics have a mahogany neck with an ebony fretboard, and a hollow mahogany body with Fender’s Modern Asymmetrical bridge. Electronics include an Acoustasonic Noiseless magnetic pickup, and the Fishman Under-Saddle Transducer pickup with the Fishman Acoustasonic Enhancer pickup. This pickup system is pretty versatile. It should suit players that need an acoustic-like tone, but prefer the playability and size of an electric guitar.
The guitar’s Acoustic Engine gives you ten different body styles and tonewood variations, which you can select and blend using the Mod knob. Just in case you have not heard one of the Acoustasonic Telecaster models, I have popped the original demo video below for you to hear them in action.
RRP – EUR 1949
