Industrialectric Incinerator
Industrialectric is celebrating its 10th anniversary in style, with the release of the Incinerator and believe me, if you love fuzz then you really need to know about this pedal. We are talking about a boutique pedal design that looks like something from a 1950s Russian missile silo, complete with a VU meter and big red lights, switches and knobs.

Silicon Madness
The unit contains 2 channels that use 26 Transistors, 5 of which are rare silicon transistors and are described as the heart of this fuzz circuit. Then factor in the dual chaos oscillators and things get really dirty, really quick. The second fuzz channel feature 2 modes of fuzz oscillation. Plus, the design features transistor stage switches that allow you to unleash silicon madness.
Channel 1 has voltage starve and there are also separate Ins and Outs for processing the two fuzz channels. Making this effect perfect for all manner of madness. Yes, it loves guitars, but it will also play nicely with bass, synths and drum machines, etc

Shift Line Astronaut V
With 22 unique stereo algorithms including reverbs, delays and microsampling, the new A+ Astronaut V space reverb can take you to new tonal galaxies and beyond. It features dual mono sound processing architecture that they state will carefully preserve the incoming signal’s stereo scene. Along with a VCA-based cross mix between the dry and wet signals and this allows for a perfectly smooth transition towards Kill Dry mode.
The Astronaut V is a collection of 33 presets that you can tweak and make your own, so perfect for a jumping-off point when looking for inspiration.
No Latency
There is zero latency as the dry signal doesn’t go through any AD/DA conversion. The dry signal path is also completely analogue, so no weirdness with conversion or artefacts, etc

Connectivity
The pedal also features a USB C port for firmware updates and fine-tuning. Plus it uses a universal external control input which accepts MIDI, passive controllers, expression pedals and analogue triggers. You can hear the pedal in action below.

I like Shift-Line pedals. The A+ Prism II is beautiful for pads and ambient textures. I also have the Everest II which is meant to be like the EQD Avalanche Run, I have the Avalanche Run but I like the Everest better. I’d love to get an Astronaut V but these pedals are hard, almost impossible, to get in the U.S.
They are hard to track down, I agree. Though well worth hunting as they make some superb effects!
Try to buy it directly from the manufacturer. At least it works with most of the boutique builders. They haven’t got many dealers per continent. Oh gosh, I’ve forgot!
