A reminder: Every week until 12 December, we’re giving away some cool audio and music gear. There’s something for everyone, including guitars, guitar amplifiers, audio interfaces and mixing desks! We’re going to be giving it all away to four lucky Gearnews readers!

All you have to do to enter the raffle for this amazing “amp in a pedal” is to add a comment below this post, or below the Facebook or Instagram post announcing this raffle. Only one comment is allowed per entrant, so please don’t post multiple times or we’ll have to disqualify you. Part 2 of our raffle closes Sunday 4th December at 23:59:59 GMT.

Blackstar Amped 1
The Blackstar AMPED 1 is a complete guitar amplifier in a pedal. You can plug your guitar straight in and rock out with a connected speaker cabinet. Equally, you can use it as a powered platform for your pedals, preamps and modellers.
The Blackstar AMPED 1 was developed by the same team that has already designed the three award-winning DEPT 10 tube-based pedals. The manufacturer states that the special high-headroom design of the power amplifier delivers maximum performance and optimal sound at 8 or 16 ohms with each speaker arrangement. The power can also be reduced to 20 watts and 1 watt in order to make it super flexible.
It’s small enough to fit into your gig bag and can serve as a pure amp for your other external devices as well as standalone. You have three voicings at your disposal: USA, UK and Flat. In addition to a 3-band EQ and a reverb with a freeze effect.
It also features a prominent RESPONSE button. Here players can determine their personal amplifier tube favourite; KT88, 6L6, EL34, 6V6, EL84, or LINEAR.

The minimum age for participation is 14 years. Participation is only allowed once – attempted multiple entries per competition automatically lead to disqualification. This raffle is for a Blackstar Amped 1.

The Gearnews team will draw a random entry and the lucky winner will be notified by us. Employees of gearnews.com, the participating companies and their family members are excluded from participating in the competition.
Your data will only be stored within the framework of this competition and will not be passed on to third parties. Legal recourse is excluded and no cash alternatives to the prizes are offered. The prizes are not transferable. This competition, with a prize of a Blackstar Amped 1 Amplifier, runs from Monday, 28.12.2022 to Sunday, 4th December 2022 (23:59:59 hrs GMT). All comments received after this date are invalid.

What a truly memorable experience using this pedal at a friend’s house.
