Rides in the Storm will be debuting its SED-CSM analogue dual VCO synth voice along with the BOC analogue oscillator, StormNest case and Storm Bag… bag.
SED-CSM
Rides in the Storm is calling this its flagship Eurorack module. SED-CSM is a compact semi-modular synthesizer squeezed into Eurorack form. It has two analogue oscillations with three selectable waveforms pulse, saw and triangle. The three sub-oscillators also have the same waveform options. The first VCO also has a wave folder for the triangle output.
For modulation, we have a pair of analogue LFOs, one of which can be used as an additional VCO. Two loopable ADSR envelopes also have end-of-attack and end-of-decay trigger outputs. There’s also a XOR Ring Modulator, a mixer section, glide options and a white noise generator. The filter is 24dB/oct low pass and comes with overdrive.

SED-CSM is a solid and feature-packed synthesizer voice with everything out ready for patching. It will be available in the summer for €410.
BOC
BOC is a warm and stable discrete analogue oscillator with four waveforms and four sub-oscillators giving it a massive bottom end. It looks a lot like Rides in the Storm has pulled the oscillator out of the SED-CSM. It has the same wave folding option on the triangle wave. And also a “Gravity” out mix of waveforms with the XOR Ring Modulation.

BOC will be available in September for €165.
StormNest and Bag
Meanwhile, Rides in the Storm has developed a compact travel case. It has two rows of 68HP, 18 power connectors and 30mm of depth. It’s made of aluminium and includes a power supply for €180.
