Fender Waylon Jennings Phaser with Sweet Switch
With Sweet Switch
The Fender Waylon Jennings Phaser is an all-analogue effect pedal with vintage phaser tones. It offers 2, 4, and 6 stages of phasing, which makes it more than your average phaser pedal.
Waylon Jennings Phaser
This Fender Waylon Jennings Phaser pedal is based on the late Country star’s classic phase tone, and it offers a whole heap of great phase tones in a compact aluminium pedal.
Waylon Jenning was known for his signature sweeping phase-shifting effect, and this new effect pedal can replicate that with ease.
Phase Tones
This modern-day pedal is based on Fender’s original four-stage phaser circuit which was developed in the 1970’s. T
he Waylon Jennings Phaser provides three distinct styles of phasing by switching between two, four and six-stage phase tones, all via a three-way toggle switch on the front panel.
Sweet Switch
Along with a Sweet Switch that jumps right to the “sweet spot” of phaser tones. Plus, Range, Rate and Feedback controls allow the user to tweak the phase tones to taste,
The Range control adjusts the frequency range of the phasing effect. Turn it up to focus phase-shifting on only the high frequencies while leaving your low notes clear or turn it down to sweep through low frequencies allowing the high notes to cut through.
Then the Rate knob controls the speed of the phasing effect (nice and slow is good for example) and then Feedback determines the overall intensity of the phasing effect.
The pedal has a set of top-mounted Input/Output jacks and has modern-day true-bypass switching, making it perfect for most pedalboard setups.
