Universal Audio releases new Native Plugins & Bundles

Universal Audio has just made more of its plugins available in native versions that don’t require UAD or Apollo hardware! In addition, UA is offering new bundles, including the LUNA Pro Bundle Native and UAD Studio Native. And here’s the best: the new native versions of the plugins are on sale for a limited time! Universal Audio releases new Native Plugins
Many Universal Audio plugins are no longer tied to the manufacturer’s UAD or Apollo hardware, so many more people now have the opportunity to use UA’s excellent emulations in their DAW.
And Universal Audio is steadily expanding its line-up. With the latest releases, the manufacturer has made even more of its plugins available in native format. And the individual plugins are on sale until the end of November!

The Empirical Labs EL8 Dist. Native plugin is of course an emulation of the famous EL8 Distressor. The compressor offers the same features and controls as the hardware – including all ratios and the nuke limiter.

Capitol Chambers Native, on the other hand, emulates the four popular reverb chambers in the basement of Capitol Tower in Los Angeles. The Dynamic Room Modeling technology also emulates the complete signal chain including amplifiers, speakers, custom preamps, and microphones. For fans of reverb chambers, this is definitely a treat.

To run LUNA, however, you still need a Mac with an Apollo interface and Thunderbolt – although version 1.4 introduced a Core Audio mode for when you are on the move and the interface is not connected.
The LUNA Pro Bundle Native is also on sale until November 17 for €217 instead of €435.
Compatibility
The Universal Audio native plugins run on macOS (10.15 or newer) and Windows (10 or newer) in VST3, AU, and AAX formats. The LUNA bundle requires an Apple Mac with an Apollo interface and Thunderbolt – please note this before purchasing!
