Sinevibes now supports Linux with all Plugins
New software plugins for Linux.
In a new compatibility update, Sinevibes supports Linux with a range of its effects processing plugins bringing more options to Linux users.
Usually, effects and instruments options for Linux users are limited, but you can now add the entire Sinevibes collection to your library.
Linux might still be a fringe platform as far as DAW users are concerned. However, this is certainly a step in the right direction. As an operating system, Linux offers stability when it comes to processing, so this could well mean that more developers will follow with support for the platform.
Sinvibes supports Linux
As of last week, the popular audio software developer Sinvibes made most of its plug-ins available for Linux in VST3 format. Loved for the minimal style of the GUI, Sinevibes plug-ins offer users a straight forward solution for creative audio processing.
While most of the Sinevibes plug-ins are now available for Linux, the remaining few will be added to the list in the days that follow. Currently, the list of Sinevibes plug-ins for Linux includes Whirl v2, Integer, Blend v2, Vague, Droplet v2, Luminance v2, and Albedo.
Naturally, the whole Sinevibes collection is available for both Windows and macOS. Here, these formats have seen a minor update for the respective plug-ins. Meanwhile, effects like Switch v3, Dipole v2, Eternal v2, Skew, Corrosion v2, Statur, Dispersion v2 and Rerun v2 will be available for Linux soon.
Is Linux a viable option as a production platform for your music? What other plug-in developers would you like to see offering Linux compatibility? Please let us know in the comments! Otherwise, share your thoughts via Instagram or Facebook.
