In addition, ear fatigue is also reduced, and with an impedance rating of 30 ohms, you can expect great performance across a wide range of professional and consumer devices.

While the DT 1770 PRO MKII includes leatherette earpads for optimal isolation and reduced headphone spill, they also include the standard velour earpads for added comfort. Alternatively, the DT 1990 PRO MKII ships with two sets of different velour earpads, one for production and another for more analytical tasks like mixing and mastering.

Compared to its predecessor, the DT 1770 PRO MKII has a more balanced upper midrange and highs. Meanwhile, the sonic improvements of the DT 1990 PRO MKII include a slight reduction in treble, with particular attention around 8 kHz. This results in the same level of high-frequency detail around 10 kHz, so you can expect even better translation.
