The Zoom MS-90LP+ is a new Multistomp Loop station that has upto 90 hours of stereo recording and tempo synchronisation. Sadly, not ready in time before Christmas.

These little multistomp pedals from Zoom are always cool and quirky. I like the colourful designs and retro-style graphics. This new unit also benefits from high-quality audio thanks to 32-bit processing.
Aside from the green casing, we get four chunky buttons, one of which houses your loop effects which can provide features such as reverse playback. Centralised in the middle of the control centre is one big blue diecast footswitch, allowing for easy operation on stage.
Overall, we have 13 hours of recording time and 90 minutes of stereo recording per loop. Therefore, you could easily fill a set at your local pub next time you’re gigging!
Undo Function
Now, I don’t know about you, but I think that loopers have a gift of smelling out weakness in guitarists. Thankfully, we have two great big Stop and Undo buttons on the face of the lopper. This allows players to instantly cancel looping operations. Wrong notes, be gone!
Aside from correcting our mistakes, we’ve also got use of a 100-phase memory and synchronised rhythm patterns. If you fancy a bit of percussion, go for it. Plus, there’s a USB-C output for importing and exporting your loops.
Pricing and Availability
You can window shop over at *Thomann, but sadly it doesn’t look like this will be available for a couple of weeks yet. However, priced at €199 / £168, you may want to save a few pennies to get hold of it.
Batteries aren’t included, but you can power this Zoom MS-90LP+ with x2 AA batteries, or the typical 9V DC power supply. Whether you’re jamming in your studio or busking on the streets, this could be neat little tool.
