NAMM 2025: New guitars, smaller ambient reverb pedal and Celestion's new Attenuating Speaker Technology

NAMM 2025 Special – This week, we check out three of the new product releases announced for NAMM ahead of the actual show. With a wealth of new guitar-related gear releases coming any day now, these are some you should check out before the show starts.
Guitar Journal – NAMM 2025 Special
Eastman FullerTone
The new Eastman FullerTone range has been announced with two new affordable models for 2025, the SC ’52 and DC ’62.
First up is the SC ’52, which has a T-style bridge with three brass saddles and a single-cut body shape. Then there is the DC ’62 with a double-cut body style, and this model has a tremolo system and a brass block.
FullerTone neck joint
They use the two-bolt design FullerTone neck joint and have a roasted black limba body and, a roasted maple neck, a 12″ roasted maple fretboard. They are available in Moss Black, Ice Blue Metallic, and Desert Sand.
ToneRider
They both use ToneRider pickups with stacked noiseless single-coils and a gold foil-covered soap bar humbucker. This helps keep the costs down, as Eastman has been using Lollar pickups recently, which cost more.
These two new models come in at DC ’52 for £799 and DC ’62 for £899, which I think is reasonably priced for these new designs.
Pigtronix Cosmosis I
The original Cosmosis was a hit, but its size could be a challenge for pedalboard real estate. Enter the Cosmosis I: streamlined and compact, it now boasts a single footswitch and top-mounted jacks for a more efficient footprint.
Ambient Reverb
Despite its smaller size, the Cosmosis I retains its interstellar sonic capabilities.
Featuring three unique ambient reverb algorithms, it allows you to sculpt otherworldly soundscapes. The signature Morph feature remains, enabling dramatic and dynamic shifts in reverb parameters for an added layer of psychedelic expression.
Space & Presets
Cycle through reverb modes with the Space button. Toggle presets with the Preset button. Hold the Preset button to save your custom settings.

Celestion Peacekeeper
The newly announced Celestion Peacekeeper is billed as having ‘Attenuating Speaker Technology’ and is a 12″ speaker rated at 50 watts and has an 8Ω Impedance. Making to the perfect partner for many tube-amps, and the design should help tame the volumes of your amp.
Attenuation
Designed for high-gain situations, the Peacekeeper incorporates innovative attenuation technology that allows players to push their amps to their sweet spot without sacrificing tone.
By ‘organically’ reducing the speaker’s sensitivity within the speaker’s design, the Peacekeeper ensures the amp’s natural voice remains intact.
Celestion has yet to share exactly how the speaker is doing this. Certainly one to check out of your at NAMM this week, as it could be great for home and studio use. I’m looking forward to hearing what guitarists and sound engineers think of this new design.
