Two Notes Audio Engineering has unveiled the Torpedo Reload II, its next-generation reactive load box. This dual-channel powerhouse offers selectable multi-impedance compatibility, true continuous attenuation, and a Celestion Approved Load Response.

Celestion Approved Load Response
Two Notes states it uses a completely redesigned reactive load featuring a Celestion-inspired impedance curve. It provides an industry-first “Celestion Approved Load Response,” ensuring unparalleled feel, response, and tone.
Versatile Load
The Reload II can handle any setup, whether using a modeler, fly-rig, amplifier, or amp sim. Multi-impedance amp inputs and dual Line inputs seamlessly integrate various sources, from power stages to stereo line-level devices.
Making this a bit of a ‘Swiss Army knife’ for many guitarists and studio engineers.
Taming the Beast, Preserving the Tone
Achieving the perfect amp tone often requires pushing the power stage, which can be too loud for many situations. The Reload II’s twin-channel continuous attenuator, driven by a transparent 215W (per channel) amplifier, allows you to achieve harmonic saturation and dynamic response at any volume level, from a whisper to a roar.
Dual speaker outputs ensure your tone is faithfully delivered to your cabinets. The continuous attenuation allows you to tame your amp’s volume while preserving its tone.
MOJO
The integrated Stereo FX Loop is foot-switchable and offers Series/Parallel routing with Mix controls. Dual XLR Line Outputs ensure seamless integration with audio interfaces and cab sims.
Intuitive front panel controls provide complete command over input levels, volume, source selection, and more. Dedicated Depth and Presence controls allow for precise tone shaping. MOJO Controls enhance the feel and response, even at low volumes.
GENOME
GENOME Reload II Edition Software provides access to a comprehensive ecosystem for studio-grade cabinet simulation and more. The GENOME-Ready Series-R DynIR Cabinet Collection includes 24 Celestion and Two Notes virtual cabinets.

Verdict
This will compete with the UA OX Box and Boss WAZA Tube Expander series. However, it can handle much higher output amps and has Two Notes tech behind it. Plus, the price point is also very competitive.
