NAMM 2018: Antares introduce Auto-Tune Pro
It’s been 20 years and now Antares reach version 9 of their ubiquitous Auto-Tune pitch correction software. They are calling it Auto-Tune Pro.

It has a redesigned interface to make it easy and more accessible than ever before in both Auto and Graphic mode. They’ve added automatic key and scale detection in a separate Auto-Key plugin. There’s a Classic Mode algorithm which brings back the celebrated Auto-Tune 5 sound. Real-time MIDI parameter control and ARA (Audio Random Access) functionality.
Auto-Tune Pro also includes their Flex-Tune technology which aims to preserve a singer’s expressive gestures. A Humanise function for more natural and transparent correction of sustained notes. And a Low Latency mode for real-time tracking.
Other features include Time Correction, Formant Correction, Natural Vibrato and Artificial Vibrato controls and their unique Throat Modelling technology.
