Some cool new finish options for 2018
Ernie Ball has announced their new guitar lineup for 2018 and it contains some nice new finishes and a few new pickup configurations amongst the many Signature and Standard guitar models.

There is some cool stuff in amongst these new updated models for this year, nothing huge, but plenty of subtle enhancements and some really nice new finishes in amongst the various models. I look forward to hearing some reviews soon!
2018 STINGRAY GUITAR
With either a new roasted figured maple neck with ebony, rosewood or maple fingerboard the Stingray is looking pretty good this year.

2018 CUTLASS
Again the new Cutlass comes with either new figured roasted neck with rosewood or maple fingerboard.

2018 CUTLASS HSS
A cool HSS layout version of the Cutlass with the same options as the regular Cutlass model above.

2018 LUKE III
The new Luke III is available in new colours for 2018 including Firemist Purple and Buttercream. It has an alder body, a solid hard rock roasted maple neck and comes with an East Indian rosewood fingerboard. Loaded with Dimarzio transitions passive humbuckers and custom voiced single coil pickups.

2018 LUKE III BFR
A BFR version of the Luke III in new Boysenberry finish and A+++ maple top and roasted birdseye maple neck. With an onboard 15db adjustable boost and a mahogany tone block.

2018 VALENTINE
Available in new colours for this year including Saturn Gold, Husker Red, and Toluca Lake Blue. It has a slab ash body that is paired with an oil and wax rubbed figured roasted maple neck and loaded with two Ernie Ball Music Man designed pickups.

2018 JP15
Again new colour for 2018, a translucent matte black finish over a lightweight African mahogany body with a figured maple top. With Dimarzio Illuminator pickups, piezo bridge system and onboard 20db gain boost. Available in 6 and 7 string versions.

2018 JP 6 and 7
Now available in Stealth Black, Pearl Redburst, Firemist Purple, and Mystic Dream. Usual Dimarzio Crunchlab and Liquifire pickups on this one. But neck has been streamlined to a symmetric, extra slim profile with a flatter 15″ radius loaded with medium jumbo stainless steel frets.

2018 ALBERT LEE HH
Now available in Powder Blue and Charcoal Frost the Albert Lee HH has a lightweight African mahogany body, rosewood neck, and fingerboard.

2018 ST. VINCENT HH
The new St. Vincent HH has a lightweight African mahogany body, roasted figured maple neck with ebony or rosewood fingerboard. It is now available as a dual humbucker guitar with Ernie Ball designed units and comes in Charcoal Sparkle, Blue Dawn, Stealth Black and Sea Breeze finishes.

2018 ST. VINCENT HHH
The 2018 St. Vincent has an African mahogany body, Ernie Ball Music Man tremolo, and new roasted figured maple neck with rosewood or ebony fretboards. It now comes in Stealth Black, Polaris White, Tobacco Burst and St. Vincent Blue finishes.
