Audified ToneSpot Electric Pro: A plug-in for better DAW guitar tone
Audified has just released its new ToneSpot Electric Pro plugin that’s designed to give you the ultimate guitar tone in your DAW.
Audified ToneSpot Electric Pro
Whether you record at home or work in a recording studio, you will at some point have discovered that successfully recording a great guitar tone takes some work. Like other software companies before it, Audified wants to make that process easier. Its new ToneSpot Electric Pro plugin has set of eight modules that do various groovy things to your tone, including Voicing, Character, Saturation, Shaping, Smash, Surgery, Effects, and Finalizer. So quite a wide set of tools to help you sculpt your guitar sound. The idea here is to provide a way of making your virtual amp plugin sound more realistic, less fizzy and get your tone closer to the one you hear in your head.
Precise Tools
The Voicing, Surgery, Character, Shaping and Finalizer tools give you a set of EQ and voicing characteristics to let you fine-tune your frequencies and give you more precise control. Smash is a fast-attack compressor, with parallel processing, that allows you to control your overall dynamics. The Effects module has modulations, delays and reverbs to run your signal through. Last up is Saturation, which adds a tube-like saturation and allows you to add an optional clean-boost when you need a little extra oomph.
It all looks like a useable set of guitar-orientated effects and EQs. I like the user interface, it looks well laid out and easy to navigate. You may you want to get in on this whilst it’s available at the introductory price, which is a pretty sweet deal. You can try it out for free from the link below.
