NAMM 2020: Dexibell VIVO S7 Pro M stage piano
M is for mobility and monitors in this new lighter VIVO S7 Pro M stage piano that comes with built-in speakers and shaves 2.5kgs off the previous version making it a more portable 88-keyed machine.
VIVO S7 Pro M
Otherwise, it’s pretty much the same as the S7 Pro. It has the triple contact 88 key hammer action keyboard with 1.5GG of sounds and over 113 presets. You can split the keyboard into 4 zones using internal sounds or MIDI control for external devices. There are 24 types of reverb, 8 independent DSP effects with 17 types. You can stream audio in over Bluetooth and record your performances to a USB stick.
The onboard monitoring system consists of two 3.5″ 35w speakers taken from the Dexibell Classico L3 organ. It certainly makes it a more versatile machine. The weight is down to 10kg which is certainly reasonable for a stage piano of this size and shape.
Other features of note are the True To Life technology that brings out resonances and acoustic noises when the damper pedal is pressed. The 24bit 48kHz sound engine offers some powerfully expressive playing. ANd you have unlimited polyphony even with all four zones playing and all the pedals held down.
