Is the Squier Mini Jazzmaster HH the dinkiest offset ever?
Those Squier Mini Jazzmaster HH models that I leaked back in January have now been officially launched, and they look sweet! Let’s dig in to their pint-sized offset goodness!
Squier Mini Jazzmaster HH
The Squier Mini Jazzmaster HH is basically a minaturised Jazzmaster with two humbucking pickups. It has a thin, lightweight poplar body, and a C-shaped maple neck with 20 frets. With its 22.75” scale length these Mini Jazzmaster models could be perfect for younger players, or those looking for a small offset guitar for travelling.
Hardtail Offset
These dinky little Squier offsets have a simple layout that includes a hardtail bridge and a pair of Squier humbuckers, wired via volume and tone controls, and a three-way pickup selector. They won’t sound like your standard Jazzmaster or Jaguar, but they might still be a useful studio tool or travel guitar.
The new Squier Mini Jazzmaster HH models are available in Daphne Blue, Olympic White, and Surf Green.
