Bizarre Jezabel releases the raucous Mimosa 8 tube-driven waveshaper and saturation module for Eurorack – it will eat you alive.

The larger Mimosa module hides its tubes behind an elegant front panel whereas the Mimosa 8 wears them out front with foreboding pride as if to say “you wanna piece of me?”

Minosa 8 is a dual-channel tube saturator and waveshaper. It features a pair of military spec dual triode 6189/12AU7 vacuum tubes and are built in Moscow by Ivan Krasnov. You have a mono or stereo input with a stereo output and there’s CV control over the gain. There are three knobs which all appear to bring their own flavour of gooey, oozing, festering pain. I’ll hazard a guess at input level, drive and wet/dry mix but I think these are things to be discovered rather than known.

All I do know is that it sounds flippin’ awesome.
