DATA Synth Gold XO: Interactive digital noise
The Data Synth Gold XO is an updated version of the “.zilver” Data Synth and brings 70 algorithms of chiptune inspired noise and bad behaviour.
Data Synth Gold XO
This is a good looking desktop synthesizer designed for the playful interaction of fingers and noise. Through the manipulation of the dials you can find all sorts of disturbing tones and broken environments. It’s a bit like trying to find a long wave channel on a dysfunctioning radio.
There are 70 algorithms inside inspired by game sounds and noises as well as circuit-bent devices and discarded musical toys.

The “Data Synth .zilver” was a very limited edition version of the original Data Synth that had special high-quality knobs. The Gold version takes this further with the gold-topped knobs and better availability.

The controls on the front offer X and Y parameter control, Algorithm selection and Pitch. Two switches introduce a jolt of Disorder or an injection of Confusion. All of which adds to the madness of this synthesizer.
Data Synth Gold XO is available now for €110.
