Alpha Haunt: a new limited-run fuzz pedal by Old Blood Noise Endeavors
A new box of dirt from the Old Blood team
Old Blood Noise Endeavors has just announced the release of Alpha Haunt, a limited-run boutique fuzz pedal with plenty of controls to manipulate for those that love to dabble in the dirt.

To set up the fundamentals of your fuzz sound, the Alpha Haunt has parameter controls for fuzz gain, compression, bias, and tone. An active three-band master EQ section then lets you tweak the tones further.
Because it gives more control than many fuzz pedals, the Alpha Haunt can take you from overdriven drive tones through to full-on, spluttering fuzz and everything in between. Old Blood Noise Endeavors were recently described to me by an experienced studio and live guitarist as “a pedal company run by stoners that make amazing boxes of joy”. This new addition looks like it could live up to that high praise.

Limited Run

The new Alpha Haunt is, of course, true-bypass and can be run from a standard 9V DC centre negative power supply. I can’t see these sticking around for too long, as the company has quite the cult following. For good reason, as they make some really fun and usable effects.
