We’re hiring!
We’re looking for a contributor to write regularly for our Live zone. You know your way around live audio, including all the tools small- to mid-sized venues and musicians need to stage shows and run rehearsals. You know the gear and technologies at both ends of the price spectrum, from the low-cost DI boxes and rehearsal room wedges to legendary audio brands and the latest live consoles. You know the mics, speakers, mixers, mobile PA solutions and beyond. New technologies like Dante are part of your everyday vocabulary.
And you can write. You have experience in developing and delivering news that’s exciting and fun to read. You’ll be keeping our readers abreast of breaking news in the world of live sound, drawing on your network of contacts to established and upcoming brands, other live sound pros and the relevant social media and online communities. Experience with WordPress and SEO is a plus but not essential. And because we’re also about views as well as news, you should have no problem telling our readers what you think about the gear you’re writing about…
