Catalinbread announces new Naga Viper Treble Booster Gallery Series
New limited edition UV-paint job and a free t-shirt!
Catalinbread has just announced the new Limited Edition Naga Viper Treble Booster Gallery Series. The pedal gets a new paint job and 10% of the profits will go to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Catalinbread Naga Viper Treble Booster Gallery Series
The Naga Viper Treble Booster Gallery Series from Catalinbread is the same great pedal, but with a fresh new UV-printed, custom artwork. The Gallery Series of effects from the company will feature unique artwork, and a portion of the profits will go towards raising money for worthwhile causes selected by the artists. This pedal was designed by Colin Shawcross and 10% of the proceeds will go to Shriners Hospitals for Children. And, it comes with a matching t-shirt.
Rangemaster
The Naga Viper is basically a modern take on the classic Rangemaster treble booster circuit, as used by many influential British guitarists such as Tony Iommi, Brian May, and Marc Bolan. Catalinbread’s interpretation has two controls, RANGE and HEAT (or VENOM on this version), whereas the original only had one.
The Naga’s RANGE knob is a continuous control that goes from classic treble-boost to a more full-range boost, whilst the VENOM knob controls the gain level. The original Rangemaster had only a fixed-at-maximum gain.
I just hope they do the free t-shirt in XXXL, as I’ve eaten way too many doughnuts during lockdown.
RRP – USD 189.99
