OIn the right side of the Heatseeker is a meticulous replica of the preamp and tone-enhancing circuitry of the famous Schaffer Vega diversity system (SVDS). This circuit keeps the lows tight and present while boosting the mids, creating a mighty wall of overtones and a punchy, penetrating sound that will shake you all night long.

On the left side, the Heatseeker offers an all-analog emulation of the preamp and the power amp sounds of three legendary Marshall amps: the JTM45, 1959 Super Lead, and JMP 220 3. It also includes controls to shape your sound, including a three-band EQ, presence, master volume, and amp voicing switches. Just with this section you’re probably able to create just about any AC/DC era you can imagine.

JFET, WoS, and FX Loop

The Crazy Tube Circuits Heatseeker uses an all-analog JFET circuit with an internal 27-volt boost. This provides a range of sounds with cleaner-to-meaner dynamics.

Wall of Sound (WoS): This simulates the sound of standing in front of a wall of Marshall amps and 4×12 cabinets. You practically become Angus Young with this switch, minus the uniform (and the legendary chops, of course).
