Crazy Tube Circuits Super Conductor 4-in-1 analogue boost
Four classic boost circuits in one pedal
The new Crazy Tube Circuits pedal is as always designed and made in Athens. The Super Conductor 4-in-1 analogue boost pedal offers four classic boost circuits called RM, EP, MA and MF.
Super Conductor
Crazy Tube Circuits has designed the new Super Conductor analogue boost pedal to be pretty flexible. The 4-in-1 design has the four RM, EP, MA and MF circuits, which they stare will help make it perfect for your rig.
“Each all-analogue circuit features different input/output impedance, voltage supply and behaves differently on the volume/output knob, producing its own sonic signature, so that you can find the one that suits your rig and playing style.” – Crazy Tube Circuits
The Boosts
- RM – Based on the classic Dallas Rangemaster germanium treble booster circuit
- EP – A JFET preamp tone plus 24V DC power supply of the Echoplex EP-3 tape delay
- MA – Designed to be like the MXR Micro Amp
- MF – A MOSFET boost circuit like the Z.Vex Super Hard On
These four distinct boost circuits are all fitted neatly into one compact pedal format. Making it perfect for players that like to experiment or that need a variety of tones. The pedal has a four-way knob to select which boost you want, and you have a large knob for controlling the overall Output.
The Buttons
Plus, there are two buttons. The white button modifier operates only on RM and EP circuits, whilst the black button modifier operates only on MA and MF circuits. They allow users to shape the tones further, giving you even more to tweak.
