Stay home, make music: that’s the motto of Arturia’s current sale. The developer is offering 50% discounts on many plug-ins and virtual instruments for a limited time. All instruments from the V Collection are on sale, as are the individual effect plug-ins from the FX Collection. Here’s a great opportunity for some serious plug-in stockpiling!

For many of us, staying home and making music is all we can do right now. To keep you happy and inspired, many developers are offering free or discounted music software. Arturia’s latest offer is quite generous: All individual instrument and effects plug-ins from the V Collection and FX Collection are on sale at half their regular prices. The Arturia Pigments 2 software synthesizer is also 50% off. The bundles are not on sale, but all the individual plug-ins are.

Arturia’s emulations of many legendary synthesizers and electro-mechanical instruments have certainly helped to shape the way we think of software synths today. The French developer later expanded this concept to effects, with the Compressors, Delays, Preamps and Filters bundles and the FX Collection. Like the synths, the effects offer emulations of the original hardware, while adding some expanded functionality that’s only possible in a plug-in. Each plug-in comes with a huge collection of presets from renowned sound designers.

If you like the sound and feel of Arturia’s software synths and effects, but don’t need the complete bundles, now is a great time to add some of the individual plug-ins to your collection.

Price and compatibility

The plug-ins run on macOS 10.11 or higher and Windows 7 or higher. They’re available in stand-alone, VST, VST3, AU and AAX formats (64 bit). The installation and activation process is handled by the Arturia Software Center app.
