EBMM Gallium Kaizen: Distressed & Desirable
New limited run Tosin Abasi Kaizen Gallium 6-string and 7-string announced
This Ernie Ball Music Man Kaizen Gallium is the latest Tosin Abasi model. Its unique finish ages as you play the guitar. These limited-run models will surely be a collector’s dream come true.
Kaizen Gallium
The Kaizen Gallium is finally here! This highly anticipated Gallium finish for the Tosin Abasi-designed Kaizen guitar is finally here. This unique finish features real silver, which oxidizes over time, creating a one-of-a-kind, aged aesthetic.
Modern Artifact
As Tosin Abasi hinted at during NAMM 2024, the Gallium Kaizen is a “progressive” instrument that transforms over time, resembling an “artifact from an ancient technological civilization.”
It reminds me of the Solar Guitar’s Chrome Canabilismo featured in my weekly roundup in April.
Limited Run
The silver layer beneath the clear coat reacts to each player’s unique playing style, creating a distinctive finish. With only 100 guitars available (66 six-string and 33 seven-string), the Gallium Kaizen is a highly collectible piece.
Multi-Scale
The six-string model has a scale length of 24.75” to 25.5”, and the seven-string has a scale length of 24.75” to 26.65”.
Beyond its distinctive finish, the Kaizen Gallium boasts premium features like an alder body, a roasted maple neck, Steinberger Gearless locking tuners, and custom-wound Music Man humbuckers. The multi-scale tremolo offers versatile tonal options.
The Ernie Ball Music Man Kaizen Gallium is available to order now, priced at $3,799 for the six-string and $3,999 for the seven-string.
I can see collectors snapping up these models, as they will all be unique once the finish starts to oxidize and age.
