EHX Pico 360+ Looper Pedal: Smaller & Mightier?
New EHX Pico 360+ Looper Pedal offers 6 minutes of looping time
The new Electro-Harmonix Pico 360+ Looper pedal has just been announced, and it offers an even more compact version of their Nano 360 Looper.
Pico 360+ Looper
Electro-Harmonix has just dropped the new Pico 360+ Looper pedal, which builds on the 360 Nano Looper; it’s smaller and has some new features. This is the latest model in the ever-expanding Pico line of effect pedals from EHX.
New Loops
This Pico version has controls for Overdub Feedback, individual Dry and Loop Level knobs, plus it has Loop Fadeout and Playback/Overdub order programming.
Simplicity
Building upon the simplicity of the Nano Looper 360, the Pico-sized 360+ Looper Pedal packs a punch of musical features into a compact package.
With 6 minutes of loop recording time and unlimited overdubs across 11 loop memory banks, the 360+ can build up layers quickly and easily, making it a valuable tool for songwriting and live performance.
Overdubbing
A dedicated Overdub control allows you to adjust the level of previously recorded loops while overdubbing new ones. Undo-Redo functionality facilitates quick fixes and on-the-fly texture changes. You can even program the Overdub/Playback order to your preferred workflow.
The pedal features an adjustable fadeout time (1-10 seconds) for smooth transitions and independent Dry and Loop level controls for precise blending.
High Quality
It uses high-quality, uncompressed audio, 24-bit A/D/A, and a 44.1kHz sample rate. The price point includes the power adapter.
MSRP – USD 137.30
Verdict
It is nice and compact, but with Mooer just announcing the GL100 with 300 minutes of loop time and a host of other features, the EHX model looks a little expensive.
