Epiphone Adam Jones Queen Bee Les Paul Custom – The Last One
The final release in the Adam Jones Art Collection series
The Epiphone Adam Jones Queen Bee Les Paul Custom is the last release in the Art Collection run of signature guitars and this one also features an added bee graphic on the front of the guitar.
Adam Jones Queen Bee Les Paul Custom
This Epiphone Adam Jones Queen Bee Les Paul Custom features Mark Ryden’s artwork on the rear of the guitar. Plus, a small bee graphic on the front of the guitar as well, which is the first time any of these limited-run models has had any art anywhere but on the back.
Specifications
It follows the same specifications as all the rest of the models, which include the following key features;
- Bound mahogany body with a maple cap
- Three-piece bound maple neck with Adam Jones Custom profile
- Ebony fretboard
- Reverse-mounted Epiphone ProBucker Custom humbucker in the neck position
- Seymour Duncan Distortion pickup in the bridge position
- CTS potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors
- Epiphone Protector hardshell case
Limited Run
Again, this model is a limited run of only 800 guitars worldwide and I suspect it will sell out fast because it is the final release in this Art Collection series. Though Thomann still has a few of the “Sensation” design by Korin Faught models left in stock as well.
But, as this is the final model and has some unique art on the front, it might become one of the favoured models for collectors in the future.
