Epiphone Lzzy Hale Explorer: A badass rocker unleashed!
Built to Rock!
The new Lzzy Hale Explorer from Epiphone follows on from her Gibson signature models from last year. Once again, this is a great looking guitar and screams classic rock!
Epiphone Lzzy Hale Explorer
This new signature Explorer for Lzzy Hale looks pretty sweet in that Alpine White finish with the gold hardware! It also has a nice dark ebony fretboard. The main guitar body and neck are both made of mahogany, so classic Explorer specification. It has a glued-in Custom C profile neck with 22 frets and Pearloid block inlays. You also get a Graphtech nut for tuning stability as well, a nice touch.
I think the guitar looks really good! Aesthetically, it balances beautifully. Lzzy has good taste!
I always feel like a rock star with my Epiphone. I hope anyone who picks it up feels like a rock star, too. I would encourage them to make a lot of noise with it because that’s currently what I’m doing!
Built to Rock!
The hardware is all a great specification too. So you get a pair of Alnico Classic Pro humbuckers, while Grover Rotomatic 18:1 machine heads and an Epiphone LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge, with a stop tailpiece. I have no doubts that this ‘budget’ version of her signature model will be a good solid instrument.
I own a few Epiphone models (I love my Brent Hinds Signature Custom Flying V). The ones I bought are great value for money, being well made and designed to be played hard. So don’t be afraid to check them out.
Epiphone Signature Club
Epiphone is really knocking the ball out of the park in recent years, which is why players like Slash, Joe Bonamassa, Brent Hinds and Jared Nichols are putting their name on them.
We expect this model to come in at under USD 1000, but no official price has been announced yet. The price includes a hardshell case with the Halestorm band logo on and a signed Certificate Of Authenticity.
It is a limited edition model and so I think you shouldn’t think too long about getting one, as these will sell out fast, I reckon.
RRP – TBC
