Erinaq crafts Soma Labs and Eurorack into a beautiful instrument
Erinaq built a Soma Labs based custom synthesizer for Richard Devine last year, now he’s added a row of Eurorack and it’s simply sumptuous.
Custom Soma Series
This beautiful instrument is designed and built by Israel Criado Martin of Erinaq. His original Custom build was for musician and sound designer Richard Devine and forged together a number of Soma Labs machines into the top section and a full-sized keyboard into the bottom section. This time around the Soma Labs gear remains but the keyboard has been replaced with one row of 3U and one row of 1U Eurorack.
From left to right you have the Pulsar-23, Lyra-8 and Ornament-8 built into a lovely hinged wooden frame. In the bottom section, we currently have the Moog DFAM and a selection of Erica Synths Fusion Eurorack modules. The Richard Devine instrument seemed to have some customisation to the Lyra 8 which isn’t present on this build. I wonder what utilities will make it into the 1U strip?
This build appears to be for Marcus Loeber according to the badge. I imagine it’s going to make him very happy. If this is the sort of instrument you’d like cluttering up your studio then your best bet will be to contact Israel directly.

Soma Labs have made me a modular slap-back bass instrument. I can’t wait
