Ernie Ball Music Man has just announced the Kaizen 6-string, this highly anticipated model follows on from the original 2022 7-string version. A guitar designed in conjunction with Tosin Abasi and one that has drawn a lot of attention due to its futuristic design and high-performance specification.

This EBMM Kaizen 6-string model is the latest design from Animals As Leaders guitarist Tosin Abasi.
It features the same modern construction as the original 7-string version, just now it is a regular six-string layout. Which I would imagine will please a lot of guitarists.

Custom Design
It has a custom-designed alder body is paired with a roasted figured maple neck and an Infinity Radius ebony fretboard. T
his model comes loaded with a pair of Music Man Custom Wound pickups, which are specific to this model.
The HT Bridge humbucker and Offset Mini Neck humbucker are wired to a three-way selector switch with master volume and tone knobs.
Multi-Scale 6-string

The multi-scale design ranges from 24.75” to 25.5” and is paired with a proprietary Music Man multi-scale trem system with spring dampeners.
This system is all an in-house design and really makes the guitar play in tune and will alleviate unwanted overtones and ringing.
A set of Steinberger Locking Gearless tuners helps maintain tuning stability.
Modern Style
This 6-string model is available in Apollo Black. Plus the limited to 60 of each Indigo, Mint and Chalk finish. I really like the look and think this modern design looks great and offers something exciting in guitar design.
