The new Fender Steve Lacy People Pleaser Stratocaster comes in a Chaos Burst finish and has an onboard fuzz circuit and a set of dice for the twelfth fret markers.
Steve Lacy People Pleaser Stratocaster
This new Fender Steve Lacy People Pleaser Stratocaster has a vintage-style synchronized tremolo alongside modern upgrades like the set of Player Plus Noiseless pickups and an integrated fuzz circuit.
Plus, it has a custom Chaos Burst (hot pink and black), bespoke dice inlays and a checkered backplate.
Specifications
This model has an alder body with a modern deep “C” maple neck with a 9.5” radius and a set of 21 narrow-tall frets. The neck has a set of white pearl dots with Custom Dice Inlay at the 12th fret.
Fuzz
As I mentioned earlier in the article, this model has the custom-voiced Steve Lacy Chaos Fuzz Circuit that is activated via an S-1 Switch. Plus, the set of Player Plus Noiseless pickups with controls for Master Volume, Master Tone, and the Fuzz Output Volume.
This one also has a neck plate engraved with Steve’s original artwork, the funky green/blue checker patterned back plate and a vintage-style hardshell case with a fuzzy green interior.
Overall, an oddball Strat with some weird aesthetics.
