Jake E Lee get new signature 20-watt all-tube amp head and matching cabinet
The Friedman JE-L20 Jake E Lee signature amp is a two-channel head with cab simulated XLR out, ultra-transparent effects loop, and powered by EL84 power tubes.
Friedman JEL-20
This new Friedman JEL-20 amp head is a signature model for Jake E Lee and comes in a striking Red Tolex finish with white piping, and they have a matching 1×12 cabinet available as well.
The compact 20-watt amp has two channel voicings and a host of great tones on offer.
It is powered by three 12AX7 tubes in the preamp, a pair of EL84 tubes in the power output section and two custom-wound transformers.
Twin Channels
The amp has controls for Gain, Master Volume, Bass Middle and Treble. Along with a Gain control with a push/pull high/low gain voicing.
It has a Plexi channel which shares the three-band EQ with the JEL channel but has its own independent Gain and Master Volume controls, plus a Bright switch.
The amp also has a cab simulated XLR out and the ultra-transparent effects loop which Friedman amps are famous for.
Saturation
It also has a Presence control on the rear of the amp head, plus an SAT switch on the front for added saturation and extra gain/compression.

JEL-112 CAB
The matching JEL-112 CAB is made from a Baltic birch cabinet and is a closed cabinet design. It has a single 12″ Celestion G12M-65 Creamback 16 Ohm speaker. It is rated at 65 watts.

I’m surprised nothing is mentioned about who Jake E Lee is. Never heard of him. Had to Google
Nobody wants to get sued by Sharon probably. Really though some great stuff came off those 2 albums he did with Ozzy. “Bark at the Moon” and “Shot in the Dark” were so big.
