Gibson ES-330 – Thinline Hollow-Bodied classic returns
With two Dogear P-90s
The Gibson ES-330 thinline hollow body is back in production and available now. This timeless design offers classic tones and could be the perfect couch guitar.
Gibson ES-330
Gibson has started making the ES-330 again, putting this thinline hollow-bodied model back into full-time production. It uses a lightweight three-ply Maple/Poplar/Maple body with no center block, so it resonates beautifully whether plugged in or played acoustically.
This model is available in Antique Natural, Tobacco Sunburst, and Sixties Cherry nitrocellulose finishes.
Trapeze Tailpiece
This model has a mahogany neck, a comfortable, rounded C profile, a rosewood fretboard with small acrylic block inserts, and 22 medium jumbo frets.
Hardware includes an adjustable ABR-1 bridge and the trapeze tailpiece. It also has a set of Vintage Deluxe tuners with white buttons.
Dogear
Two Dogear P-90 pickups are connected via 500k potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors. This combination delivers bright, clean sounds and snarly overdrive tones.
Versatile Classic
Whether playing blues, Americana, country, jazz, or rock, the Gibson ES-330 is a versatile guitar that shines in live and studio settings. Its warm, resonant tone is equally impressive, plugged in or unplugged, making it a popular choice for stage performances and casual playing.
