The new Gretsch Paisley Penguin and Bourbon Stain Sidewinder limited edition models have been revealed. Both models offer a classy look and great specifications for players with discerning tastes.
Paisley Penguin
First up is the new Gretsch Paisley Penguin limited edition model, which comes in a pretty stunning finish and incorporates gold hardware throughout. This includes a gold Penguin scratchplate and armrest.
This model has an impressive-looking chambered mahogany body and an arched maple top finished in a black and silver sparkle Paisley, which looks stunning.
This model has a 12” radius ebony fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets and a set of mother-of-pearl Neo Classic thumbnail inlays.

TV Jones
This model comes fitted with a pair of TV Jones TV Classic humbucking pickups.
Plus it has some very nice specifications that include a bone nut, Luminlay glow-in-the-dark side dots on the neck, a set of Grover Imperial locking tuners and a Bigsby B3GP vibrato.

Bourbon Stain Sidewinder
Next up is the equally impressive Bourbon Stain Sidewinder model, which is another limited edition model announced for 2023.

Chambered
Specifications include a chambered mahogany body paired with a mahogany neck. It also has a 12” radius ebony fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets and mother-of-pearl Neo Classic fret thumbnail inlays.
The Bourbon Stain nitrocellulose finish looks great on that arched flame maple top. Plus, the nickel hardware works really well with this aesthetic.
Hardware includes a set of custom wound TV Jones pickups, a GraphTech XL nut, a set of Gotoh locking tuners, Grover strap locks and a string-thru Bigsby vibrato.
