Guild Jetstar ST: vintage vibe and tones on a blowout deal at EUR 369
Dropping from EUR 599 to a mere EUR 369 each, this deal on the Guild Jetstar ST models brings the price right down on these mahogany body instruments! The guitar is based on a model from the early ’60s, and loaded with LB-1 twin-humbuckers.
Guild Jetstar ST blowout deal
You can now pick up the Guild Jetstar ST in three different colours – Seafoam Green, Black and White, for a great EUR 369 each. While stocks last that is, because once they’re gone, that’s it.
Jetstar ST
The guitar has a bit of a vintage vibe to it. It has a solid mahogany body and set neck, with a hard-tail Tune-O-Matic and stoptail style bridge setup, and comes factory fitted with a pair of Guild LB-1 humbuckers. The pickups are wired with a single volume and tone control via a three way switch.
Little Buckers
The in-house LB-1 Little Bucker is wound to the original specifications of the 1962 pickups which should cover a broad spectrum of sounds, from single-coil-like highs to warm sounding humbucking tones. The Alnico 5 pickups fall somewhere between a mini and a full sized humbucker, with a resistance of 7.2K. Judging by the videos, they have a bit of a PAF tone, but with more sparkle, like with a single-coil pickup. That makes this model a super versatile guitar covering many bases.
Each guitar has a 25.5″ scale length C profile neck with a Pau Ferro fretboard loaded with 22 frets; a tried and tested combination for easy playing.
Great Deal
Considering that these models launched with a price of EUR 599, this is a pretty decent saving on a good quality, twin-humbucker guitar. I doubt that these will stick around for very long. Folow my links below if you want to pick one up on this deal price.
You can also check them out in the demo video below to hear what they actually sound like.
