Guitar Gear Gems: Gone Fishing Effects Only The Dead fuzz limited run
Three limited run pedals
This week we take a look at the Only The Dead fuzz limited run of pedal, plus the Nobels ODR-1 30th Anniversary pedal, and the limited run Wampler Black ’65 and Tweed ’57 overdrive pedals.
Only The Dead
This Gone Fishing Effects Only The Dead limited run consists of 36 hand-painted pedals with artwork by artist Chris Dorning.
36 Pedals
The Only The Dead is a Vintage Germanium Fuzz, voiced with the same sound and circuit from the Rage Of The Tsar pedal.
It offers thick creamy classic fuzz tones, which clean up when you back off your volume on the guitar.
Limited Run
They are priced at £245 each and available from Friday 22nd September at 6 pm. Each individual pedal will be listed separately on the website allowing buyers to choose the design that they want.

Wampler Black ’65 and Tweed ’57
Wampler Pedals has announced a very limited run of the Black ’65 and Tweed ’57 overdrive pedals. Both are already highly desirable and haven’t been around for some time.
Classic Amp Tones
Now, this will be the last time that you can buy these new from Wampler. Both pedals, as the names suggest are based on classic vintage tube amps so if you want those American vintage tones in a pedal format, now would be the time to get them.
They each have a three-band EQ, plus Volume and Gain knobs, the Black ’65 has a Boost switch and the Tweed ’57 instead has a three-way input selector switch.
MSRP – USD 199.97 each
