At the core of this guitar is a solid Canadian Sitka spruce top, which will add to a crisp and resonant sound that works both for finger-picking styles and more aggressive strumming techniques. The glossy black finish across the top, back, and neck makes this black beauty a sight to behold. The neck and top bindings also lend a classy touch to the instrument.
Both the body and the three-piece neck (Comfort U profile) are made from mahogany, which is quite a statement at this price point. I’m certainly looking forward to hearing demos from this model because, sonically, this might punch way above its weight.
The guitar’s fretboard is made from Ovangkol, a durable wood with smooth playability. Its grainy surface looks pretty nice, too. Furthermore, it has 21 premium nickel frets, a 400 mm radius, and a single cut-away with flower and vine inlays. Gosh, this thing is beautiful!

Its 647.7 mm (25.5 inches) scale length and 46 mm bone nut offer a traditional setup with optimal string spacing for nylon strings. A double-action truss rod allows for easy adaptation when setting the Harley Benton Nashville Nylon up.
