A fourth round of the Fusion-III has been announced
Harley Benton has announced a fourth run of its flagship Fusion-III models. If you enjoy flame tops, roasted flame maple necks, Blacksmith stainless steel frets and high performance on a budget, then these could be for you.
Harley Benton Fusion-III HH FR Roasted FPU
This version of the Harley Benton Fusion-III comes factory fitted with a Floyd Rose locking trem system, plus a set of Roswell HAF-B Alnico-5 (bridge) and Roswell HAF-N Alnico-5 (neck) humbucking pickups. The Nyatoh body has an ultra flame maple veneer in Gloss Transparent Flamed Purple*, and is paired with a roasted Canadian flame maple neck with Modern-C profile. Then the roasted maple fretboard has 24 Blacksmith stainless steel frets .
Harley Benton Fusion-III HSH EB FPU and FCB
These are available in either Gloss Transparent Flamed Purple* or Gloss Transparent Charcoal Burst*. The specs are similar to the model above, but instead of a Floyd Rose you get a Wilkinson 50IIK 2-point trem system and staggered WSC locking tuners.
They come loaded with a Roswell HAF-B alnico-5 (bridge), Roswell S74-C BK alnico-5 (middle), and a Roswell HAF-N alnico-5 (neck) pickup. Once again, you get a Canadian hard maple neck with Modern-C profile, but instead of a roasted maple fretboard you get a Macassar ebony freeboard.
Harley Benton Fusion-III HSH Roasted FCH
Last up we have the Fusion-III HSH Roasted FCH. This variation comes in a Gloss Transparent Flamed Cherry* finish. It is essentially the same as the two models above, only this time you get a roasted Canadian flame maple neck with Modern-C profile, plus a matching fretboard.
Again, you get the Wilkinson 50IIK 2-point trem system and staggered WSC locking tuners. Electronics include a set of Roswell HAF-B Alnico-5 (bridge), Roswell S74-C BK Alnico-5 (middle), and Roswell HAF-N Alnico (neck) pickups.
