Twin Drives
Robert Keeley has decoupled the drive section from the sound control and wired it using small toggle switches so that you can combine the best and most characteristic features of both overdrive and boost pedals with each other.
That almost sounds like pedal modeling, only these are 100% analogue circuits. Despite all functions, the pedal remains pleasantly simple in its operation. Making it perfect for many guitarists, especially if you don’t like reading manuals or menu diving.
It has a user-friendly overdrive with three controls, tone, level, and drive. Plus, the two aforementioned mini switches that toggle between various overdrive voices.
The pedal is completely manufactured by Keeley Electronics in the USA and is the first creation in their new aluminium housing. In addition, the new design offers true bypass or buffered noiseless switching during operation.
