Kramer Lzzy Hale Voyager in Black Diamond Holographic Sparkle
Black Diamond Holographic Sparkle finish and Floyd Rose equipped
The Kramer Lzzy Hale Voyager signature model has just been announced in a head-turning Black Diamond Holographic Sparkle finish.
Lzzy Hale Voyager
The new Kramer Lzzy Hale Voyager has a custom body shape, eye-catching Black Diamond Holographic Sparkle finish, lightning-bolt inlays, and a classic Van Halen-style single bridge humbucker and locking Floyd Rose trem setup. It features an alder body with a bolt-on three-piece maple neck, plus an ebony fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets.
The 25.5″ scale length neck has a smooth satin finish and a comfortable slim-C neck profile. It all adds up to a guitar designed to rock out with.
Hardware
Hardware includes a locking nut, a truss rod cover with Hale’s signature, a set of mini die-cast tuners, and a Floyd Rose 1000 vibrato. The single Kramer 85-T bridge humbucker is controlled by a volume knob with a chrome knob and makes this a no-nonsense guitar, that gets straight to the point.
Brand Ambassador
This is Lzzy Hale’s first guitar with Kramer and she is I believe their first female artist with a signature model. Her previous models with Gibson and Epiphone have all been great instruments, so this guitar has a lot to live up to, though I reckon it will do well, as it is so unique.
She is a Gibson Brand Ambassador and so I reckon this guitar will be great, as she works hard for the brand, promoting their guitars.
Pricing
The price includes a lightning bolt-branded hard case, which is good, as the shape would be super awkward to source one separately. As with recent Epiphone signature guitars, this one isn’t cheap and comes in at the same price point as the recent Epiphone Kirk Hammett Greeny Les Paul. As Gibson owns Kramer and Epiphone, it looks like this price point is here to stay, unfortunately.
MSRP – USD 1499
