Manson Guitar Works is celebrating 25 years of the Manson’s Guitar Shop with two new Anniversary Edition MA EVO guitars, both in a cool new Holosparkle finish.

Both guitars are finished in a spangly Holosparkle finish which makes them shine like crazy under stage lighting and looks as though Tinkerbell has sprinkled pixie dust all over them.

MA-25 and MA-25S
Each guitar has a 25th Anniversary titanium neckplate design to celebrate the 25 years of the Manson’s Guitar Shop in Exeter, Devon.
They also have a set of KTS titanium saddles and are loaded with a Psychopaf’s PF-1 high-output bridge humbucker and single-coil-sized Dismissal P-90. Expect modern sounds and playability from both guitars, plus a high level of attention to detail on both instruments.
This just happens to be my local guitar store and is a 10-minute walk from my front door. Recently, Hugh Manson has moved to new premises for the Manson’s Guitar Works and so the company has, even more, space to create their guitars.

EVO
The components for both guitars are made in the Czech Republic and then shipped over to the Manson’s Guitar Works for assembly, modifications and final setup. I know most of the team there and they have been setting up and modifying my own guitars for around 10 years, so I can personally vouch for their great work.
Manson’s MIDI screen controller is available as an option, as are coil-tap and Sustainiac upgrades. I have always found it is best to talk to them directly and ask for what you want, as they try and cater for just about any modification you could ever need.
