Following last year’s SD30i, the new Mooer SD10i takes their iAMP system to a 10-watt power version of the desktop amp.

With 52 meticulously crafted amp models powered by Mooer’s MNRS technology, the SD10i delivers authentic tone emulation that rivals traditional tube amps. Experiment with various sounds using 49 built-in effects, from classic overdrives to cutting-edge modulations.
Lightweight & Rechargeable
This new compact desktop amp offers a useful rechargeable 3000mAh battery, compact size, and lightweight (1.95kg) design.
It is perfect for guitar players who need a portable solution or something that will fit neatly into an office or home environment. The integrated drum machine and 80-second looper provide plenty of backing options, while the built-in tuner ensures you’re always in tune.
Connectivity
Users can connect wirelessly with the Mooer F4 footswitch for hands-free control or use the iAMP app to explore tone shaping in depth. The SD10i uses Bluetooth for connection, so attaching your external devices is easy.
The USB-C port can be used for OTG direct recording and audio playback and also charges the device. It also comes with a headphone out for silent practice.
It is available in black, red, and white finishes and has an ambient light with customisable colour, which can be chosen via the iAMP app.

Verdict
At a power output of 10 watts, it isn’t much use for jamming with your friends in a loud band. However, it could be useful for creating songs or practicing your guitar.
It is coming soon, though there is no officially confirmed price yet. I’m guessing it will cost less than the SD30i, which is already a fairly affordable desktop amp system.

And the built-in tuner is the cherry on top. Anything that helps me stay in tune and play my best, without having to worry about extra accessories, is a huge plus in my book.
