NAMM 2020: Haken Audio adds two new Slim Continuum Fingerboards
The Haken Audio Continuum Fingerboard is known for its expressiveness and extraordinary sound engine. Now there are two Slim Continuum models to take on that distinctive playing surface.
Slim Continuums
Lighter and sleeker than the other Continuums but they don’t skimp on the features. These expressive fingerboards can control MIDI or CV, they have a robust bi-directional implementation of MPE+ and can control external synths or be played by external Midi controllers.
Inside is the EganMatrix synthesis DSP engine that contains Subtractive Synthesis, Physical Modelling with Modal Filter Banks, FM, Spectral Sets with Micro Analysation, including Waveguide with Feedback and Feedback Delay Networks. Combined with perhaps the most expressive playing surface on the planet and you have one incredible instrument.
s70L6x Continuum Fingerboard
At only 1.2 inches thin and with a 70 semitone surface pitch range, the s70L6x Continuum is designed to give you a great range of playing possibilities with extensive octave freedom.
s46L6x Continuum Fingerboard
At nearly 4 octaves long, the s46L6x Continuum is an amazingly versatile instrument, designed to give you a great range of playing possibilities for the studio and for live performances.
The preorder price direct from Haken Audio is $5,710 for the S70L6X and $4,410 for the S46L6X.
