NAMM 2020: Victory VC35 The Copper Deluxe
The new Victory Amplification VC35 The Copper Deluxe is an all-valve 35-watt amp that will be available as either a head or 1×12 combo.
Earlier this week we saw the new Victory Duchess V4 pedal-amp, and now we have a new amp from the British company to drool over.
VC35 The Copper Deluxe
Following on from last year’s VC35 The Copper, this new Heritage Series Deluxe version takes the design further for 2020. The new Victory Amplification VC35 The Copper Deluxe delivers 35 watts of power and has a valve-driven spring reverb and onboard tremolo. There is also a series effect loop, mid-boost and bass cut. It also boasts a low-power mode, cutting the 35 watts down to only 12, when required.
New Heritage Series Deluxe
The amp is based around a ‘classic’ EL84 tube power amp section, with a NOS EF184 pentode valve in a cathode-follower configuration to drive the tone stack in the preamp. Expect plenty of sweet tones form this British-made amp.
Victory’s Chief Designer Martin Kidd knows the recipe required to make a really good valve amp, one that looks nice and rewards you with tones to die for. You can checkout the official demo video below to get an idea of what to expect.
RRP – Head version USD 1749, Combo USD 2499. Matching cabinets USD 999 1×12 and USD 1599 2×12.
