Oriverb – Orange Amplification Reveals Orianthi Signature 2×12 combo
Inspired by the Rockerverb MKIII 50 NEO combo
Orange Amplification has just announced the new Rockerverb MKIII 50 NEO combo-inspired Oriverb signature model for guitarist Orianthi.
Oriverb
This Oriverb signature combo amplifier has been meticulously crafted to capture Orianthi’s unique and expressive playing style, inspired by the revered Rockerverb MKIII 50 NEO combo. Orange Amplification states the Oriverb offers a fresh sonic palette while retaining the core DNA of Orange’s legendary tone.
At the heart of the Oriverb lies a carefully selected pairing of British-made Celestion Neo Creamback speakers and EL34 tubes in the power section. This pairing should offer clarity, projection, and the coveted Orange responsiveness. The preamp section consists of four x ECC83/12AX7 and two x ECC81/12AT7 tubes.
Spring Reverb
The inclusion of a foot-switchable spring reverb adds depth and ambiance. At the same time, the built-in attenuator (50-watt down to 25-watt) allows players to explore a wide range of tones, from pristine cleans to saturated overdrives, all without disturbing the peace. This model also features a very nice valve-driven effects loop to preserve tone integrity, ensuring your pedals sound their best.
“Seeing this whole amp come to life has been a dream come true. It’s a beautiful amp that truly reflects my eccentric personality! I’m incredibly proud of the Oriverb and can’t wait for players to experience its magic.” – Orianthi
White Patterned Tolex
The Oriverb boasts a striking aesthetic with its unique white, patterned Tolex covering and a classic black grill adorned with the iconic Orange crest. The control panel is another standout feature, featuring a white enamel finish accentuated by gold accents and Orange’s distinctive hieroglyphic-style symbols.
Lightweight
The lightweight Baltic birch plywood cabinet makes this 2×12 combo one of the lightest on the market. It weighs around 31kg, which is good for an amp of this stature.
Verdict
This model should offer classic blues and rock tones with a modern edge, delivering a rich, harmonic tone that complements Orianthi’s signature sound. If you need a lightweight combo with a heavyweight sound, this new signature model could be what you want.
At the time of writing, I have yet to hear the new signature model in action, so hopefully, there will be a demo video soon. On paper, it looks like a versatile amp with some classic Orange tones.

Do I understand correctly that this signature model is identical to the original Rockerverb 50 NEO, aside from the appearance?
