Newton Channel
The RND Newton Channel is a recording channel strip featuring a Class-A mic preamp with 72 dB gain, a 3-band EQ, and a fast VCA compressor with 20 dB of make-up gain. In addition, the EQ can be placed before or after the compressor in the signal chain.
The Newton Channel channel is also equipped with a transformer output stage and RND’s signature red and blue SILK circuits to enhance the harmonics in the highs and mids, as well as the low end.

5057 Orbit
The 5057 Orbit is a 16×2 summing station that offers extremely low cross-talk for superior stereo imaging and sonic depth. The 16 input channels connect via DB25, and the first four channel pairs can be summed to mono for added versatility.
Besides the main XLR outputs, there is another pair of outputs with -6 dB attenuation. What’s more, the 5057 can be linked with other RND summing units to expand your setup at any stage.
