Schecter Unleash One-of-a-Kind Ink Bomb C-1
Jackson Pollock-inspired splatter finishes
Schecter Guitars has unveiled a striking new take on its classic C-1 electric guitar, featuring a unique, Jackson Pollock-inspired “Ink Bomb” finish.
Ink Bomb C-1
Each guitar is hand-splattered, ensuring that no two instruments are alike, making every Ink Bomb C-1 a true original. The new model boasts a solid mahogany, S-style double-cutaway body adorned with the distinctive white and black “Ink Bomb” design extending to the headstock.
This unique aesthetic distinguishes it from typical metal guitar finishes, offering a fresh alternative to the more common blood-splatter designs.
“With its eye-catching Ink Bomb finish and exceptional craftsmanship, this guitar is perfect for players looking to stand out both visually and sonically,” says Schecter. “Each C-1 Ink Bomb is uniquely hand-splattered, making every guitar a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.”
Alt Metal Blackout
Designed for modern and alternative metal players, the Ink Bomb C-1 has a pair of Seymour Duncan Alt Metal Blackout humbuckers.
These active pickups are voiced for lower tunings, maintaining clarity and punch even in C standard and below, catering to players who venture into lower frequency ranges. The guitar features a simple control layout with a three-way pickup selector, volume, and tone controls.
Built for shredding, the C-1 features a glued-in three-piece maple neck with a Thin C profile, a 14” radius ebony fretboard, offset dot inlays, 24 jumbo frets, and a 25.5” scale length. Other features include a black Graph Tech Tusq XL nut and a Tonepros Locking Tune-O-Matic bridge.
The Schecter Ink Bomb C-1 is now available for pre-order at Thomann (guitar case sold separately).
