Slash shares new Epiphone Slash Signature models on Instagram
New Epiphone Slash signature models coming
It will be a good year for Slash fans. The Cat in the Hat has just shared his new Epiphone signature models on Instagram. Bringing his favourite Les Paul shape to the masses could be a shrewd move for everyone involved, as they should be a lot more affordable for many players.
Epiphone Slash Signature Les Paul
This post on Instagram confirms the existence of the new line of Epiphone Slash Signature Les Paul models for 2021.
Here they are in all their glory, the Epiphone Slash Signature Series due out this year. They play & sound killer. & look good too. iiii]; Slash
Five Finishes
We can see five colours are on offer including his signature Anaconda Burst finish and a “Victoria” Gold Top model just like the one announced recently, plus an Appetite Amber, Vermillion Burst and November Burst. It looks as though these will all be the same finishes available as in the standard Gibson production models. Hopefully, they will also have his signature humbucking pickups as well.
New Shape
No more details as yet, but I’m sure Epiphone will announce something official later this week. He has had Epiphone signature models in the past. But these have the new headstock shape, so I’m expecting updated specifications for these 2021 models.
Let us know what you think. Are these a sweet alternative to the full fat Gibson signature models?

Don’t get me wrong, I like Slash. But what makes all of his Gibson and Epiphone Les Pauls much different from their other offerings? They are not really new 2021 models if they don’t offer up anything new.
yeah, the 2020s had better looking headstocks……i guess see-thru green stain is very expensive.
Not anymore than any other paint
This is pretty sad imo. Epi has released all these colors previously. C’mon get it together already. Where’s the long neck tenon?
Where’s the 500k pots? Where’s the Gibby electronics?
These items are pennies on the dollar and the cost between Epi and Gibby are in the thousands so you can’t give your customers just a little bit more than the competition?
