SSL 360 update adds new controller profiles for LUNA and Pyramix users
The SSL 360 V1.4 update is here, bringing Merging Technologies’ Pyramix and Universal Audio LUNA DAW control templates for the UF8 and UC1.
In addition, there are a few other improvements and expansions to the SSL software bundles and a new 6-month SSL Complete subscription.
What’s new in the SSL 360 update?
After the recent release of the 4K B channel strip plug-in, that comes with the UC1 controller, it’s now time to expand the SSL 360 software system.
Let’s take a look at some of the features:
- If you’re a LUNA or Pyramix DAW user, the UF8 controller now has profiles for both systems.
- 4K B and Channel Strip 2 Plug-ins now offer integration of DAW track, solo, and mute in Studio One, Live, and REAPER.
- You can now control the plug-in mixer transport from your computer keyboard.
- The SSL 360° HOME page now offers access to the UC1 Bus Compressor Meter calibration tool.
- SSL 360° Plug-in Mixer GUI has been redesigned.
- New Channel Strip 2 features include pan, width, compressor mix, HQ mode (Oversampling), and a GUI update.
- SSL 360° V1.4 and its plug-ins are completely M1/ARM compatible.

All registered UF8 and UC1 owners have access to a six-month free subscription to SSL Complete. You can unlock this via your SSL user account.
