Reflecting Pool
This new Fender stereo delay and reverb pedal is called the Reflecting Pool (affiliate link). The focus here is on both ambiences and rhythmic delays. There are two sides to the pedal, a Reverb side and a Delay side. Each has include Time, Variation and Quality controls. Plus, you can tap tempo via a dedicated footswitch in the centre. The pedal also has stereo inputs and outputs, a USB connector for firmware updates and reversible routing paths.

Smolder
This is Fender’s first foray into acoustic guitar pedals. The Smolder (affiliate link) is an “acoustic OD” effect, with a Pickup Compensation control to smooth out the highs of piezo pickups. There’s a drive knob to adjust the distortion level, as well as a three-band EQ and filter controls. It also has Cab simulation built in as well.

Compugilist
The new Compugilist (affiliate link) is an analogue effect that combines compression and distortion into one hard hitting pedal. Each side is an independent circuit and has its own dedicated controls, making it useful for adding a stacked compression/dirt tone. Or you can just use each side by itself for compression or distortion duties.
RRP – USD 169
The Trapper Fuzz
The new Fender Trapper Fuzz (affiliate link) has two fuzz voices available. They can be adjusted via a global tone and contour control. The first voice has a switchable high octave, whilst the second fuzz has a handy noise gate available.
RRP – USD 179
MTG: LA
Last up is the new MTG: LA (affiliate link), a tube distortion that uses a U.S.-made NOS 6205 preamp tube. Tone, Bass, Treble and Tight controls allow you to shape your drive tones. A footswitchable Boost adds either Volume, Gain or both, for when you need to punch above your band and stand out for a solo.
